Billing, cancelling and refunds
Short version: you pay for a month at a time, you can stop whenever you like, and if something on our side went wrong we will put it right.
How billing works
One price per panel, paid before the month it covers. No setup fee, and no commission on what you sell. Each panel is billed on its own date, so two panels are two charges.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time. Your panel keeps running to the end of the month you have already paid for, and is not charged again. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Part-months
A month already started is not refunded pro-rata — cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current one. That is the ordinary case; the exceptions are below and they are real.
When we will refund you.
These are not discretionary. If one of them happened, ask and you get your money back.
- You were charged twice for the same panel and month.
- You paid and the panel was never provisioned.
- You were charged after cancelling.
- A fault on our side made the panel unusable for a meaningful part of the month.
When we will not
Being over your plan's order limit is not a fault — moving up a plan clears it. Nor is a provider you buy from failing you, a domain that was never pointed at our name servers, or simply not having used the panel. And we cannot refund what your own customers paid you: that money never passed through us.
01 — How it works
Asking for one
- Raise a ticket from your panel, or email us if you cannot sign in.
- Tell us the panel's domain and roughly when the charge was — that is enough to find it.
- Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with. We cannot send them anywhere else.
- How long the money takes to appear is your bank's or the provider's to decide, not ours.
Please ask us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A dispute freezes the payment while it is investigated, which usually makes it slower to sort out than a ticket would have been.

Month to month, nothing longer
Pay for the month you are in. Cancel and it simply is not charged again.
