What we hold, and why
Written to describe what the software actually does. If something here does not match what you see, tell us — the page is wrong and we will fix it.
Your account
Your name, email address, username and — if you give one — a phone number. Your password is stored as a bcrypt hash and never in plain text, which is also why we cannot tell you what it is, only help you set a new one.
How you use the platform
The date of your last sign-in and the IP address it came from, kept so you and we can spot a sign-in that was not you. Your currency, language and timezone. An API key, if you use the API. Referral codes, if you use the affiliate programme.
Channels you connect
A Telegram chat id or a WhatsApp number is stored only if you connect one, together with when you opted in. Disconnect it and the link goes.
Payments
We record the amount, the method, whether it succeeded, the provider's reference and the IP it came from. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials — the payment itself happens on the provider's systems, not ours.
Cookies
Cookies that keep you signed in, one that remembers your chosen currency, one that records a referral if you arrived through one, and one that notes you have visited before. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
We send email about your account and your panels — confirmations, resets, invoices and replies to tickets. We do not sell your address or send marketing on anyone's behalf.
Your panel's customers are not ours.
The most important line on this page.
- Each panel has its own database, not a shared one.
- We do not email, market to or sell to the people who buy from you.
- You decide what your panel collects and what its own policy says.
Who we share with
The payment provider you choose, because that is how the payment is taken. Our hosting and email providers, because that is where the platform runs and how mail leaves it. That is the list. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and there is nobody paying us for it.
01 — What we hold
Your choices
- See it. Most of what we hold about you is on your Account page. Ask and we will tell you the rest.
- Correct it. Edit your details yourself, or raise a ticket if a field will not budge.
- Delete it. Ask us to close your account and remove your data. Records we have to keep for accounting — invoices and payment references — stay; everything else goes.
- Disconnect a channel. Remove a Telegram or WhatsApp link at any time from your account.
Any of these: raise a ticket, or email sundhar2005k@gmail.com.
Security, honestly stated
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sign-in supports a second factor and a passkey, and admin sign-in can be limited to an IP allowlist. Panels are separated by database rather than by a column. No system is beyond reach, so if we ever find that your data has been exposed we will tell you rather than wait to be asked.
Your data, your customers
Start a panel of your own
Its database is yours, its domain is yours, and the people who buy from you are yours.
