Getting started
How long does it take to get a panel?
Minutes, once your domain points at our name servers. The wait is domain propagation rather than anything on our side.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. The panel answers on your domain so your customers never see this platform's name. You buy the domain wherever you like and point its name servers at ns1.intechpanel.com.
Do I need a server, or to install anything?
No. Hosting, the certificate and updates are part of the monthly price. There is nothing to install and no upgrade for you to run.
Plans and limits
What is the difference between the plans?
How much the panel may do, not what it can do. Every feature is on every plan; the plans differ on how many orders a month and how many providers you may connect. The pricing page has a slider that picks the plan for the volume you expect.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
New orders on your panel are refused for the rest of the month, with a message saying the plan limit was reached. Moving up a plan clears it. Nothing is deleted and nothing already placed is affected.
What if I want to stop?
It is a monthly price, so you stop paying at the end of a month. Ask us before you go if something is wrong — it may be fixable.
Money
Do you take a cut of what I sell?
No. There is no commission on your orders and no setup fee — one monthly price per panel.
How do my customers pay me?
Through your own payment methods — UPI and the usual online gateways, plus manual top-ups. The money is yours and does not pass through us.
Your customers and data
Whose customers are they?
Yours. We do not sell to them, we do not email them, and our name is not on your storefront.
Can I resell panels of my own?
Yes — child panels. The platform sets what a child plan includes and what it charges you; what you charge your own customers is set in your admin and stays in your panel.
Can I change how the storefront looks?
Yes. Pick a theme and edit the copy, menu and pages from your own admin, without raising a ticket.
Is my data separate from other panels?
Yes. Each panel gets its own database rather than a shared one with a tenant column.
