Questions about the money
Anything not answered here, ask us — we would rather say it plainly now than have it come as a surprise on the first invoice.
What happens if I go over my plan's order limit?
New orders on your panel are refused for the rest of the month, with a message saying the limit was reached. Moving up a plan clears it immediately. Nothing is deleted and orders already placed are unaffected.
Do the plans differ in features?
No. Every feature is on every plan — the plans differ on how many orders a month and how many providers you may connect. The full list is what you get on the cheapest one.
When am I charged?
Before the month it covers, per panel. Two panels are two charges on their own dates.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, and it is the fix for an order limit you have outgrown. Ask us and we will move it.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel any time. The panel runs to the end of the month you have paid for and is not charged again — no notice period and no cancellation fee. The refund page sets out the cases where money comes back.
